Meet the Owner

La’Toya Williams, M.A., CCC-SLP is the founder and owner of

Talking with Toya, TWT Speech Therapy, LLC. A pediatric speech and language private practice serving birth to 12 years old in the state of Georgia and Nebraska. La’Toya Williams is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the states of  Georgia and Nebraska as well as a national board certified member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA). She received her Bachelors’ degree from Auburn University of Montgomery in Communication Disorders-Speech Language Pathology/Audiology in December 2010. She later received her Masters’ degree in Speech Language Pathology from South Carolina State University in May 2017. La’Toya has worked in the public schools system and the private practice setting before starting her own private services.

La’Toya Williams, M.A., CCC-SLP is also a Hanen certified speech-language pathologist in their “It Takes Two to Talk” program. This program focuses on caregiver education and methods to encourage speech and language development for ages birth-5 years old.

La’Toya Williams, M.A., CCC-SLP also received training in Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), an evidence-based approach to teaching functional communication skills to students. In addition, she obtains Survival Plus American Sign Language (ASL) skills rated from the state of Alabama Department of Mental Health Services.
